Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Rizzlit iOS app and any associated services, operated by Alconbury Tech ("Alconbury Tech", "we", "us"). By using Rizzlit you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Rizzlit lets you pick a curated backdrop, take or choose one photo of yourself, and produce a composite image that places your real face into the chosen backdrop. The composite is created on our servers and returned to your device.

We keep your real face. We only generate the background. We never repaint, reshape, sexualise, or alter your face into another person.

2. Your account

You can use Rizzlit anonymously. You may upgrade to a real account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign in method.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. Deletion removes your account, your usage record, and any composites we generated for you. Deletion is irreversible.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the photo you upload and to the composite we produce for you.

You grant us a short, narrow licence to use your uploaded photo solely to produce the composite, for the duration of producing it. We delete the source photo as soon as the composite returns. We do not use your photo to train any model.

You are responsible for the photos you upload. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent. Do not upload photos of minors for use with adult backdrops or contexts.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Rizzlit to:

• create composites of people without their consent
• harass, defame, impersonate, or harm any person
• produce sexual content, content involving minors, or other content that breaks the law of your country or any country where you intend to share the result
• attempt to reverse engineer the service or interfere with it

We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.

5. Subscriptions

Rizzlit Pro is a subscription billed through Apple. Weekly is 4.99 with a 3 day free trial. Yearly is 29.99. Prices may vary by country.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from Settings on your Apple ID. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Refunds for Apple-billed purchases are handled by Apple per their policy.

6. Free tier and watermark

The free tier includes a small number of free results carrying a discreet watermark. Rizzlit Pro removes the watermark and lifts the limit.

7. Service availability

We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or pause features for any reason.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Rizzlit is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of the amounts you have paid us in the previous twelve months or 50 GBP.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under your local law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified inside the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
